IGBY has a wealth of experience; over 20 years in the business of styling and managing events. We have cultivated and nurtured our relationships with our suppliers, venues, photographers and florists. Over the years from working alongside some fabulous people we have pulled together some sensational events.



Whatever colour palette or inspiration you decide on for your event, IGBY Productions can bring it to life! We have styled countless events in the past 8 years of business and have a vast array of props, accessories, table décor, linen and furniture.

After your initial consultation with one of our experienced event co-ordinators, we will come back to our showroom and design your day/night. The next time we meet we will show you a ‘Mood Board’, which is a collection of images that reflect the look you are aiming for. This makes sure we are on the right track and allows you to give feedback and make changes. You are always welcome to come to our showroom to see a mock up too.

Event Management

Planning any kind of event can be stressful and time consuming. Why not hand the reins over to the experts and let IGBY Productions handle things for you?

As event planning is what we do each and every day we can make the whole process enjoyable for you from beginning to end. We can either take over from the work you have already done and co-ordinate the rest of your occasion while working with suppliers that you have already chosen. Or we can organise everything for you from our little black book of fabulous suppliers.

We are able to provide any level of service that you require for your event. You could choose our full management service where style, co-ordinate and oversee your event from beginning to end, including staff present at the event to ensure smooth running. Or you could hire just our styling services where we plan the event with you and then head over to the venue the day before to set up and then come back to pack away after.

We can tailor our services to any level of care that you need.

Whichever level of management chosen, you will receive service that is second to none. An initial consultation where we discuss your needs, pricing and brainstorm ideas is complimentary and obligation free.
