Working closely with Kirstyn on the theme was such a breeze. She knew the look we were after and worked with our budget and the little personal effects we wanted to add to the day.
Even up to the last few weeks they were accommodating to some small changes we wanted to make. Communications were always open no matter how small the question.
The attention to detail was breathtaking. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue looked. I would recommend IGBY productions to anyone who is planning an event of any kind.

Their flexibility with our circumstances was exceptional & together we pulled off the wedding of our dreams bay side at the Pier. IGBY Productions brought our patriotic Blighty & Aussie theme with silver butterflies to life so beautifully & tastefully.

Where do I start about IGBY……AMAZING!!!
My wedding day was perfect…. And I sincerely cannot thank IGBY enough for their efforts!! The venue was transformed from a massive school basketball stadium into what I can best describe as ‘walking into the Logies – I felt like a movie star, it was magical and breathtaking’ – exactly what I wanted plus so much more! So many of the guests still rave on about how they have never been to or have seen a wedding like this!!
IGBY were perfect in so many ways – there ideas were endless, service 10/10 and the finished result still takes my breath away!!
From the planning stages right through to the final finishing touches – I couldn’t have asked for anything more… Having 550 guests, the help of such a professional team was needed – I was able to just share my visions, discuss budget, explain my likes and dislikes and IGBY made it happen!!!

Having IGBY handle the decorations for our wedding was amazing! They took the time to listen to what we wanted; what our visions were and provided visuals of decorating ideas on our first consultation. We absolutely loved our wedding reception styling and didn’t even dream it would come together to be as stunning as it was! We started out with some general ideas about themeing and colours, which IGBY Productions helped us to build on and make a reality. In 2012 we at St Laurence hosted the inaugural ‘Blue & White Ball’ fundraiser to offer support to those living in disadvantage. The entire night was a wonderful success with the assistance of IGBY productions.
As any event stylist knows, so much goes into organising an event and praying that it runs smoothly. IGBY were wonderful in helping style my event and provide those extra pairs of hands that are so valuable! It makes a world of difference when you can trust someone else to help out with an event and know they will make the place look perfect. IGBY were organised, contemporary in their theming and overall, wonderful to work with.
It’s important to enlist those people that already have the industry know-how and connections to help with your event. Not only does it keep costs down but it helped me enormously in not turning into an absolute stress-ball!
